FREE 3 Day Parent Practicum in West Mobile

Our yearly FREE 3-Day Parent Practicums offer encouragement, inspiration, and equipping for parents and interested educators. We are excited to offer this experience in Mobile, AL for the first time ever!

Are you new to homeschooling (or considering homeschooling) and feeling overwhelmed? Are you a veteran and in need of some inspiration? Do you want to learn more about Christian Classical Education?

Each summer across the nation, parents at all stages of the homeschooling journey spend three days delving into the Christian Classical Model of education and how to implement it at home.

Our theme for 2015 is:  Drawing Out the Truth: The Art of Inquiry

Join us as we examine how to inspire our children to look for God in their study of science and the world around them.  We hope to see you there!

Registration is required for adults and children who attend.

This Parent Practicum is FREE for parents. However, we have nursery and kids’ camps available at a low cost for families who are attending together. Space is limited for nursery and kids’ camps and they tend to fill up quickly, so please register your children ASAP if you plan to have them at the Practicum.

More than just childcare, these academic and play camps make practicum a place where kids learn too, with topics like geography, drawing, and science.

Step 1: 

Register with Classical Conversation Connected (for free as a guest) and create a password.  Here are the instructions for Registering with CC Connected:

  1. Go to https://www.classicalconversations.com
  2. Click on “Connected” (blue letters near top right).
  3. Page down and fill out the section that says “Not Registered?” You are not subscribing to CC Connected just registering with CC.

Step 2:

Click on “Upcoming Events”, enter “June”, click on “3DP – Mobile” (it is highlighted on June 1-3).  Click “Learn More” or “Register”.
