Did You Know?  Mobile area homeschoolers have a robotics team…and…it’s not just for the “robotically” minded!

There are many ways that your 6^th -12^th grade student(s) can get involved.  In addition to designing and building a robot, the team also has to create a display, present a sales presentation, create a web page, film a commercial, keep a notebook detailing the design of the robot, design a newsletter, make a scrapbook, and have a spirit team.  And we need parents to help as mentors for each area.  The program generally runs from late August  until early October.  We will begin raising funds during the summer with a TNT Fireworks stand and we will have other activities over the summer for the kids to have a chance to get to know each other. Contact Kendra Lane, kylekendralane@aol.com, for more information.
